Job Responsibilities
- Daily maintenance of the agency portal, popup and banners by working with internal teams to ensure effective management of banners and posts for enabling agency communications between corporate and agency
- Support communications channel segmentation and facilitate internal departments to make use of the portal as a centralized agency communication platform
- Prepare regular performance reports for agency portal usage and readership to enable internal staff to make full use of the platform
- Report on the progress of cleansing of the overall project and support administrative duties of the project
- Support the company-wide project of restructuring by coordinating the cleansing execution with IT and other BU
- Support on promoting the portal usage and sales materials
- Handle the revamp project of sales materials
- Review the usage of sales materials and gauge insight on user experience for further content enhancement
- Perform MAU tracking, data generation and deep dive study
- Design promotional messages related to productivity, notifications, emails, and others to drive agency awareness
- Design Poster / Video production for special topics
- Video shooting support
- Handle procurement for projects and production. File consolidation and administrative work handing for the team
- Support technical and administrative work such as pre/post event admin support, panel control of monthly RD meetings, RM & Up meeting, and other ad hoc events
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree holder is required
- 5 years or above relevant experience in life insurance agency channel on project, administration and sales promotion
- Excellent communication skills and good team player
- Capable of working in a fast pace environment
- Immediate available is highly preferred
