Data Analyst (AI/ML Model) / Data Scientist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support the development of AI/ML models, including propensity and regression models, customer segmentation, clustering, and generative AI, for a variety of data science applications.
2. Conduct in-depth analyses using advanced customer analytics and big data technologies.
3. Assist in implementing data and analytics strategies to drive business outcomes.
4. Collaborate with various departments to identify business opportunities and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
5. Deliver timely, high-quality analytics to internal stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or machine learning.
2. Proven track record in building machine learning models.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
4. Experience in the banking, insurance, or financial services industries is highly preferred.
5. Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
6. Knowledge of cloud environments.
7. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with business units.
