Our client operating within the insurance sector seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Generation: Actively develop new business opportunities to expand client base and market share.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and implement strategies to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Consultative Solutions: Identify client requirements and negotiate solutions tailored to their needs. Provide expert consultation on products and services, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver outstanding service and customer experience, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align objectives and drive successful outcomes.
- Portfolio Management: Build and manage a profitable portfolio of clients, continuously evaluating performance and seeking opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Finance, Trade, or Corporate Sales within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential to succeed in this role.
