Administrative support to Channels
-
Support licensing process for FI channels & Bancassurance Channel
-
Maintenance of system record for TR under FI Channel & Bank Staff for Banca Channels
Administrative support to Agency
-
Provide administrative support to Agency including maintain secretary registry, name card ordering, prepare reference letter & reply IRD letter, etc.
-
Provide administrative support to the department includes handle invoice payment, prepare department budget, business continue plan, etc.

Handle the enrollment and payment for various benefits offer to agents and agency leaders
-
Co-ordinate with counterparties (Channel support, FIN, IT and Agency) to ensure accurate system record keeping
-
Assist immediate manager to maintain daily operation run smoothly and improve quality of deliverables
Document preparation
-
Review and update bilingual agency manuals and guidelines
-
Assist in preparing presentation materials for supervisor
Process improvement & digitalization
-
Participate in system enhancement / digitalization projects
-
Assist supervisors to streamline workflows/process by providing recommendations to improve job efficiency and accuracy.

Preform the tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
-
Degree or above in any field
-
Minimum 3 years of working experience in financial institution, relevant experience in and administrative support to distribution channels, agency movement, agency benefits and administrative support is preferred.

Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin

Proficient with Microsoft office
-
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Good communication and presentation skills
