🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with corporate relationship managers and team leaders to secure mandates as lead manager, arranger, or underwriter for syndicate loan
- Maintain strong relationships with partner banks to identify primary and secondary syndicated loan opportunities
- Provide regular market updates and advise on pricing and distribution strategies
- Support the sell-down of the bank’s loan portfolio and manage documentation for transaction closing
- Prepare information memorandums and deal packages
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to finalize loan documentation and ensure conditions precedent are met
- Assist in developing and executing business strategies to meet sales targets and overall business goals
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate banking
- Experience in syndicated loans is preferred
- Experience in Relationship Managers is welcome
- Strong business acumen, result-oriented mindset, and analytical thinking
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Manager, Syndicate Loan position
