Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement growth strategies that align with company goals.
- Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and foster relationships within the insurance community.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a strategic role within the insurance sector or any related sector.
- Keen to learn and adapt Insurance products and advisory services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
