AVP / Director - Agency Segmentation Development

Role Overview:
The AVP / Director of Agency Segmentation Development is responsible for leading agency management initiatives, driving quality agency growth, and supporting the wider team in delivering large agency events and campaigns. The role involves leveraging strong data analytics to shape agency segmentation strategies and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation across the agency force.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Agency development experience, including agency promotion or agency operation
• Strategic and results-oriented mindset
• Transformational leadership and talent development skills
• Strong data analytics capabilities with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans
• Client-centric approach with creativity and innovation in campaign design
• Excellent collaboration, influencing, presentation, and communication skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Qualification of FLMI preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead as MDRT Champion to achieve MDRT targets and regional initiatives
• Drive distribution excellence through agency force segmentation supported by robust data analytics
• Strengthen the MDRT culture and promote the Most Respected Agency recognition
• Deliver large agency events such as conventions, ACMs, campaigns, and incentives
• Use data insights to motivate and influence agency behavior through innovative activities and campaigns
Requirements:
• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry with at least 5 years in managerial roles
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to accept challenges
• Able to work effectively under pressure
• Available for onsite work in Hong Kong
