Business Analyst

Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in collecting user requirements, translating them into functional specifications for vendors, and ensuring deliverables meet set criteria. The position requires hands-on experience across the entire solution delivery journey and proven capability in leading insurance solution projects.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Insurance business background is essential
• Project experience with a focus on user journeys rather than products
• Hands-on experience in solution delivery from ideation to support
• Experience in digital or operational projects preferred
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze user requirements, converting them into detailed functional specifications
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure all deliverables meet contractual and quality standards
• Lead and drive the delivery of insurance solution projects from start to finish
• Support the rollout and post-implementation phases of the solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working environment
Requirements:
• Proven experience in insurance solution delivery
• On-site working capability
• Experience with digital project initiatives
• Right to work in the required location
