We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the team as a Claims Specialist within the Employee Benefits division. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in insurance claims processing, especially within group medical or life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and process group medical claims in accordance with policy terms and internal guidelines
 - Communicate with clients, intermediaries, healthcare providers, and reinsurers to obtain necessary documentation and provide updates
 - Ensure claims are processed within agreed service standards to meet customer expectations
 - Investigate and resolve complex or disputed claims with professionalism and efficiency
 - Provide support in claims reporting and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
 - Maintain accurate and timely claims records in internal systems
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, insurance, or a related field
 - Minimum of 1 year of experience handling employee benefits claims, particularly in a life or health insurance environment
 - Strong understanding of employee benefits policies and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong
 - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage
 - High level of integrity and attention to detail
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and claims management system.
