We are seeking a driven and proactive Claims professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership and is keen to broaden their exposure.
Responsibilities
- Handle claims end‑to‑end through investigation, assessment, negotiation, and settlement.
- Manage claims, ensuring fair, timely, and technically sound outcomes.
- Proactively identify issues, trends, and potential exposures, escalating and addressing them early.
- Work closely with brokers, insureds, loss adjusters, lawyers, and internal stakeholders to drive efficient claim resolution.
- Provide clear recommendations and articulate claim strategies with confidence.
- Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and initiatives aimed at enhancing claims efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Solid experience in claims handling, within Casualty (or Property/Financial Lines) backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Hands‑on mindset with a self‑starter attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with sound judgment and commercial awareness.
- Effective communication skills, with the confidence to engage and challenge stakeholders when required.
- A genuine desire to grow, learn, and step up into increased responsibility over time.
- Good command of written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
