We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a contract basis, specialising in credit card support. This role is located in Hong Kong and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to credit card holders through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.

Key responsibilities include addressing customer enquiries related to credit card transactions, billing issues, account information, and rewards programmes. You will be expected to handle customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction in all interactions. The role will also require you to follow up on outstanding matters, liaise with related departments for issue resolution, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in compliance with internal policies and standards.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a secondary school education or above, with at least one year of relevant customer service experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are essential. You must demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Familiarity with credit card products and services will be a distinct advantage.

You should be comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple enquiries efficiently. A customer-centric attitude, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, is vital for building positive customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly is also required. Training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to manage customer needs effectively.

This is a contract position with a competitive remuneration package paid in HKD. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by business operations.
