Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate SME banking activities for designated accounts.
- Lead a team of SME RMs and marketing support personnel.
- Foster the development of new business and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Contribute to the creation of business plans and marketing strategies.
- Track team performance against business targets and mentor less experienced relationship managers.
- Collaborate with product and risk specialists to effectively manage relationships that require specialized expertise.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 8 years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong focus on the SME sector.
- In-depth knowledge of SME banking operations, credit policies, and standards.
- Proficient understanding of commercial banking products and client management.
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese, with knowledge of Putonghua preferred.
