We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing financial analysis, reporting, and strategic support to ensure the effective management of budgets, costs, and forecasts. The core responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of financial statements and management reports, overseeing budget planning and monitoring processes, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations. To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A recognised professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in a financial or accounting role, ideally with exposure to financial planning and analysis, audit, and reporting in the industry sector.
Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is required, and experience with ERP systems will be an advantage. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
