Fund Operations
The Fund Operations role manages the full ETF operations lifecycle, supporting accurate processing across trading, settlement, cash, tax and NAV activities. It also provides operational support across authorised funds, private funds, mandates and LP structures in multiple jurisdictions, offering scope to contribute to digitalisation and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
Working with internal and external stakeholders, the role supports operational accuracy, regulatory compliance and proactive issue resolution. The postholder assists the manager with workflow automation, data integration and process documentation, while supporting new products and initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of the ETF lifecycle and related operational processes
- Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to support operational activities across multiple jurisdictions
- Detail-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure
- Openness to change and a team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee basket creation and redemption, trade processing and settlement
- Manage cash activities, FX dealing and tax accounting and reporting
- Provide NAV support and coordinate with APs and PDs
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Resolve operational issues proactively
- Assist the manager with workflow automation and data integration initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on process workflows
- Provide operational support for new products and initiatives across authorised funds, private funds, mandates and LP structures
- Champion continuous improvement across processes, controls and efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum one year's experience in ETF operations or relevant front-, middle- or back-office operations within a sizable asset management firm
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline
- Availability to work on-site

- Understanding of tokenisation concepts and applications
- Python programming skills
