Role Overview
The Head of FCC will lead the Financial Crime Compliance team, focusing on implementing and managing compliance policies and procedures. Reporting directly to senior management, success in this role involves ensuring the organisation’s operations meet all regulatory requirements and mitigating financial crime risks.
Key Skills & Experience
- Demonstrate experience working with IND Bank Retail (Digital) compliance processes.
- Manage a team responsible for financial crime compliance activities.
- Develop and review compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of FCC policies and procedures.
- Manage daily compliance activities to prevent financial crime risks.
- Monitor regulatory changes related to financial crime and adapt processes accordingly.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits within the organisation.
Requirements
- Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience in IND Bank Retail (Digital) compliance.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Available to commence on 10/08/2026 for a 2-week period.
