Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute Hong Kong marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimise campaigns.
- Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives across social media, search, email, and paid advertising to maximise engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Develop customer acquisition, retention, referral, and influencer marketing programmes to support sustainable growth.
- Strengthen brand presence through media relations, industry events, partnerships, and PR initiatives.
- Manage corporate communications and ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop the local marketing team while collaborating closely with product, operations, compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Manage external partners, agencies, media, and industry associations to support business objectives.
- Own the marketing budget and performance metrics, tracking ROI, CAC, LTV, and other key indicators to optimise marketing effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of marketing experience within financial services, fintech, technology, or related sectors.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing marketing teams.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area markets, consumer behaviour, and media landscape.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Hong Kong financial regulations and marketing compliance requirements.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; Cantonese is preferred.
- Strategic, data-driven, and commercially minded, with strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset.
