What We Look For In You

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier university.
• Over 10 years of HR leadership experience, primarily in tech or innovation-driven industries. Proven track record of success as the #1 HR leader in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing a team of HR professionals and scaling HR functions for growth.
• Proven expertise in supporting overseas business operations, including global talent management and cross-border HR compliance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
