This role involves developing, implementing, and optimising product pricing strategies to enhance profitability, competitiveness, and support commercial objectives. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to analyse market dynamics, customer value, costs, and performance data, translating insights into clear pricing recommendations and governance. This position is vital in driving strategic growth and maintaining the organisation's market position.

Role Overview:
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end product pricing, including setting prices, developing discount frameworks, and ensuring governance compliance. It involves analysing market and competitor data, building pricing models, and collaborating with various teams to align pricing with business objectives. Monitoring performance KPIs and supporting new product launches are also key components of this role.

Key Skills & Experience:
• 3–8 years’ experience in product pricing, revenue management, or related analytical roles
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL is desirable
• Ability to translate complex data into practical commercial recommendations
• Understanding of margin structures, cost-to-serve, discounting, and pricing governance
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is advantageous
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end pricing for a defined product portfolio, including price setting, discount frameworks, and approval workflows
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify pricing opportunities and risks
• Build and maintain pricing models like value-based pricing, elasticity, contribution margin, and scenario planning
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure pricing aligns with product positioning and revenue goals
• Monitor pricing performance and KPIs such as margin, ASP, win rate, and discount leakage, proposing corrective actions as needed
• Support new product launches with pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Establish and document pricing policies, guardrails, and reporting procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
• Prepare materials for commercial reviews and present insights to senior stakeholders

Requirements:
• 3–8 years’ experience in product pricing, revenue management, or a related analytical role
• Proficiency in Excel; BI tools and SQL skills are a plus
• Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-product environment
• On-site in Beijing; flexible hybrid or on-site as required
