We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Corporate Solutions team in Singapore as a Regional Distribution Employee Benefits specialist in the brokerage sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and executing the distribution strategy for employee benefits solutions across the region, focusing on large corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee benefits distribution within a brokerage or consulting environment. You will leverage your market knowledge and strong network to develop strategic relationships with brokers and intermediaries, ensuring the delivery of bespoke benefits propositions that meet client needs and regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing brokerage partners, and working closely with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions for regional corporate clients. You will also monitor market trends, contribute to thought leadership, and support training initiatives to enhance distribution effectiveness across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the regional distribution strategy for employee benefits through brokerage channels.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key brokers and consultants across Asia.
- Coordinate with internal product, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure aligned delivery of client solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive positioning.
- Provide feedback for product innovation and improvement based on client and market insights.
- Support training and knowledge sharing to enhance team competencies in distribution and client engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in employee benefits distribution, preferably within a brokerage or consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits products and services across Asia.
- Proven expertise in relationship management and business development with brokers and intermediaries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for benefits programmes.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures effectively.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages will be considered an advantage.
