We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Banking team in Hong Kong, with a focus on local corporates and conglomerates, particularly those in the real estate sector. This role offers a competitive salary in HKD and is based in Central, Hong Kong. The successful candidate will bring 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or relationship management, demonstrating a strong understanding of the local market and the unique needs of large corporate clients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with local corporate clients and conglomerates.
- Provide customised financial solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings and strategic reviews with clients to understand their business objectives and identify solutions that align with their goals.
- Work closely with internal product, risk and operations teams to deliver all-encompassing banking services and ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and industry developments to offer informed and strategic financial advice to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the local corporate portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management, preferably with exposure to real estate clients.
- A solid understanding of corporate financial products and structuring solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop client trust and manage relationships at senior levels.
- Fluency in Cantonese is essential; proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to work from our office in Central, Hong Kong.
- Occasional travel required for client meetings and business development activities.
- Proactive, analytical, and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
