We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Banking team in Hong Kong, with a focus on local corporates and conglomerates, particularly those in the real estate sector. This role offers a competitive salary in HKD and is based in Central, Hong Kong. The successful candidate will bring 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or relationship management, demonstrating a strong understanding of the local market and the unique needs of large corporate clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with local corporate clients and conglomerates.
  • Provide customised financial solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings and strategic reviews with clients to understand their business objectives and identify solutions that align with their goals.
  • Work closely with internal product, risk and operations teams to deliver all-encompassing banking services and ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and industry developments to offer informed and strategic financial advice to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the local corporate portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management, preferably with exposure to real estate clients.
  • A solid understanding of corporate financial products and structuring solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop client trust and manage relationships at senior levels.
  • Fluency in Cantonese is essential; proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
  • Ability and willingness to work from our office in Central, Hong Kong.
  • Occasional travel required for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
