Relationship Manager (Retail Banking, semi-private) | $70-100k

Locations: Central Main branch/ Central District
Salary: HKD 70K–100K + quarterly incentive
 
Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored financial planning to high-net-worth and Prestige clients
• Offer comprehensive wealth management solutions to strengthen client relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through holistic financial advice
• Support the team leader in mentoring Relationship Managers
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and manage operational risks

 
Requirements:

• Degree in finance or related field; CFA, CFP, or CFMP preferred
• Passed relevant insurance and securities licensing exams
• HKIB ARWP or CRWP certification is an advantage
• Meets regulatory competency standards under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
• At least 5 years of experience in investment, insurance, and banking sales
• Strong client focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to handle complex client needs
• Agile learner with strong awareness and critical thinking
