Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end financial solutions in personal and SME lending, as well as trade finance.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and prepare high-quality credit proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive marketing and cross-selling of banking products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
- Qualified Technical Representative of Insurance and ECF-CRM certification preferred.
- Solid experience in SME lending with credit proposal experience
- Strong credit analysis and risk management capabilities.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, customer-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Skilled in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing.
