Senior Pricing

This position involves leading end-to-end pricing initiatives, developing models and dashboards, and partnering with senior stakeholders to optimize profitability. It plays a key part in enhancing pricing discipline and enabling faster, data-driven commercial decisions.

Role Overview:
This Senior Pricing role is integral to developing and executing pricing strategies that enhance profitability, competitiveness, and market responsiveness. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure disciplined deal management, robust performance monitoring, and strategic pricing actions aligned with the company's goals.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Significant experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial finance, or strategic analytics in relevant industries
• Proven track record of delivering margin and growth outcomes through pricing initiatives and governance
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and pricing systems is desirable
• Solid understanding of contract terms, discounting, channel dynamics, and key KPIs
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex analysis clearly
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus
• Fluent in English; Mandarin capability is beneficial for local stakeholder engagement

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of pricing strategies, including price architecture, positioning, discounts, and margin initiatives
• Conduct pricing analytics such as price-volume-mix, margin bridge, win/loss, and elasticity analyses; translate insights into actionable strategies
• Establish and enforce pricing governance, approval workflows, and policy adherence
• Support complex bids and negotiations through scenario modeling, deal scoring, and risk assessment
• Develop and maintain pricing models, tools, and dashboards to improve data quality and standardization
• Monitor market and competitor movements; recommend pricing responses and value propositions
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability reporting to ensure alignment with commercial targets
• Coach and develop junior pricing analysts to foster capability building and best practices

Requirements:
• Significant experience in pricing, revenue management, or related fields
• Proven success in delivering margin growth through disciplined pricing strategies
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Relevant industry experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline
• Operational in a hybrid working environment with on-site presence required at the location specified
• Eligible to work at the specified location
