Looking for a settlement officer to join a well-known securities brokerage. Candidates with 2+ years of experience in settlement or corporate action will be considered.
Responsibilities:

Manage corporate action for local and overseas equities, including client notifications and response handling.

Oversee nominee services, stock reconciliation, IPO subscriptions, placements, and related custody operations.

Liaise with brokers and internal counterparties to follow up on settlement-related issues and enquiries.

Assist in developing and implementing workflow procedures, operational guidelines, and supporting new products and services related to settlement functions.

Participate in system development projects, including UAT, system migration, and other ad hoc initiatives.
Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate actions and settlement, with supervisory exposure

Solid understanding of CCASS and Euroclear operations, nominee structures, and custody practices.

Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
