Distribution Manager (International Broker Channel)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution Manager to oversee international broker channel for all classes of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance. This role is suitable for individuals currently in account management positions looking to advance their careers in a stable and supportive company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with international brokers to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure alignment of distribution strategies with underwriting guidelines.
• Utilize underwriting authority to assess and approve business proposals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide training and support to brokers to enhance their understanding of our product offerings.
• Monitor and report on distribution performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery to brokers and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, with a focus on account management or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance products and underwriting processes.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
