Remittance (Senior Officer - Manager) - Leading Commercial Bank

Overview

Our client is one of the leading commercial banks in HK and China with a diversified business portfolio. They are looking for multiple people to join their Remittance team (Senior Officer to Manager level) to handle remittance and settlement transactions.

Job Duties

• Execute remittance transactions with professionalism.
• Engage with customers and address their inquiries.
• Generate daily and managerial reports.
• Participate in system enhancement projects periodically.
• Fulfill assigned tasks from supervisors and team leaders.

Job Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in remittance in banking industry.
• Strong understanding of cross-border settlement (RMB / HKD) and relevant regulatory standards.
• Experience in trade or settlement transactions using SWIFT is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with effective time management skills.
• Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is required.
