Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies that align with market trends and business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, pricing, and marketing teams to create competitive and innovative insurance products.
- Compliance: Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product updates and strategies to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably within P&C lines, including personal lines.
- Strong understanding of the general insurance market and current trends.
- Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Supervisory or management experience is a plus.
