Our client is one of the largest commercial banks in Hong Kong providing a wide range of banking services to a diverse customer base. They are looking for a Customer Service professional to join their call centre team to provide teleservices and handle customer enquiries.

Job duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to handle their inquiries to ensure effective resolution and client satisfaction.
- Provide multichannel customer service to both local and international clients, managing incoming calls, emails, online chats, and inquiries from diverse online platforms.
- Identify new business prospects through cross-selling and proactive outbound calls to achieve sales targets and other business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer service standards
- Work on a rotational shift basis to maintain smooth operations and provide excellent services to customers
Job requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- 2 to 5 years of experience working in a call centre, customer service or teleservices in the banking industry
- Strong knowledge of various banking products and services
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and strong Chinese typing speed
- Preferably hold SFC Type 1 & Type 4 licenses
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
- Immediately available candidates are preferred
