Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis related to potential conflicts of interest.
- Manage and maintain watchlists and restricted lists to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the IBD team to assess and provide compliance guidance on transactions and activities.
- Monitor market developments and assess their implications for compliance and conflict management.
- Provide timely and accurate compliance advice to internal stakeholders regarding regulatory matters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of control room policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and awareness programs to promote compliance culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a control room or compliance role within a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance-related software.
