We are seeking a dynamic and analytical AVP Equities Project Manager DMA to join the Learning and Development (L&D) team under our wealth management division. Based in Central, Hong Kong, this role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the enhancement of knowledge and performance within the equities and direct market access (DMA) space. You will play a key role in the provision of training and analysis to support ongoing project management initiatives and drive business growth. While previous experience in wealth management is not essential, a strong foundation in banking is highly preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis on project and operational workflow, identifying improvement opportunities, and creating tailored training programmes to enhance the capability of internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with senior leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of projects and learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.

In this position, effectiveness in both training programme delivery and analytical review is required. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of financial or banking industry experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing projects in equities or DMA environments. However, we are open to candidates with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience who demonstrate strong potential and the right attitude to grow. You must be confident in communicating technical and strategic concepts clearly, and able to operate within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Core responsibilities include managing training programme roll-outs, monitoring progress, evaluating results through analysis, and refining content to meet the demands of the business. A strong understanding of project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and change management will be crucial to success. You will also be involved in the creation of training materials, delivery of workshops, and assessment of knowledge retention to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Applicants should bring a proactive mindset, excellent organisational skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. A background in L&D, financial services, or relevant project management disciplines is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for performance improvement purposes will also be highly valued. Excellent written and spoken English is required; Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.

This role offers a competitive salary, paid in HKD, appropriate to experience and qualifications. It is full-time and based in the vibrant business district of Central, Hong Kong. Join us to shape and support the development of a high-performing equities team through innovative learning and strategic project management.
