This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facility Management professional to join a leading organisation within the banking sector in Hong Kong. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of up to HKD 60,000 and is ideal for individuals with strong administrative and facility management experience, preferably gained within the Chinese financial industry.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for facility management services, including office leasing, maintenance, cleaning, security, and managing renovation or improvement projects. You will act as a checker over the office administration functions, ensuring smooth operation across office supplies management, equipment maintenance, procurement processes, and document filing systems. You will also coordinate leasing projects, negotiate lease terms, and work towards minimising vacancy rates while achieving the bank's leasing goals.
Another key aspect of the role involves handling compliance-related reports, reviewing and ensuring adherence to administrative policies, and preparing annual budgets and monitoring monthly expenditures. On top of the daily responsibilities, the role may require handling various ad hoc tasks related to office administration and operations.
The ideal candidate will hold a university degree and bring at least 8 years of solid experience in office administration, particularly in facility management. Prior experience in renovation, relocation, and outsourcing will be highly regarded. A strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English is essential, with fluency in Mandarin being advantageous. Candidates will need excellent Chinese writing skills, be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
You should be proactive, able to work independently, and capable of handling pressure in a dynamic environment. A strong sense of responsibility and willingness to work irregular hours, including overtime when necessary, are required. Immediate availability will be viewed favourably.
