- Need to wait for external support approvals should take x1/2 weeks 
- Replacement headcount, person leaving was sold OMS build from scratch now not the case has elected to vacate the role 

Execution Services - Cash EQD OMS Project 
- Removal of Fidessa, build out a Sequencer OMS system 
- Java / Sequencer / Low Latency 
- Build out working with a vendor to complete the project 50/50, HSBC controlling the direction of the build
- Be aware that developers can get frustrated with vendor interaction on the OMS project 

Hong Kong Location - Target Candidate (High Cost = High Calibre) 
- Trading and Finance Experience
- Senior Role (Band 4 = VP)
- OMS and Low Latency Trading Experience 
- Technology Stack = Java / Sequencer 
- Sells, high profile project, leadership growth and technical challenges 

Hedge Fund or Crypto Candidates
- Need to have ability to demonstrate relevant experience OMS and Low Latency 
- No web-based profiles
