Responsibilities:
- Lead a team and manage client relationships for a designated portfolio of Banks-FI, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct client meetings and marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify business growth opportunities.
- Identify new client and product opportunities across sectors Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Treasury and review pipelines to align with strategic goals.
- Prepare marketing pitches, proposals, and term sheets, ensuring accuracy in credit applications.
- Support legal documentation clearance for trade execution and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor client profitability and coordinate with internal teams to achieve strategic targets.
- Understand credit and transactional risks to facilitate effective deal execution and risk mitigation.
- Maintain KYC/CDD compliance and uphold the highest integrity in all processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in relationship management in Wholesale Banking & solid experience in FI trade.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with strong self-motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
