RPA Developer

Our client is a financial services organisation committed to innovation and operational excellence. They foster a collaborative and forward-thinking culture, encouraging continuous learning and proactive problem-solving. This role involves developing and supporting Robotic Process Automation solutions to enhance efficiency across their operations. The position requires translating operational processes into automated workflows, working closely with business and IT teams to deliver structured and maintainable solutions. It plays a crucial role in supporting the organisation’s digital transformation initiatives by ensuring the effective implementation of RPA tools.

Role Overview:
The RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions using UiPath. They will collaborate with process experts and IT teams to analyze requirements, configure automation workflows, and ensure robust, compliant implementation to support operational improvements within the organisation.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• 2+ years of IT development experience with UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps 2023)
• Proven experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath
• Experience in UiPath support (optional)
• Knowledge of API, Citrix, VB.NET, or C# is advantageous
• Strong analytical and process breakdown skills
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and proactively under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop RPA solutions using UiPath in line with business requirements
• Configure new RPA processes following core workflow principles
• Collaborate with process and business teams for analysis and solution design
• Document solution design and support QA, delivery, and ongoing maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies, including financial security requirements
• Work independently with local and overseas teams to meet project targets

Requirements:
• Right to work in the designated location and full availability from 04/05/2026
• On-site work environment
• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' industry experience in development with UiPath expertise
• Prior banking industry experience and UiPath certifications are advantageous
• Availability to commence from the specified start date
