Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the ongoing development and management of cash management products, including processing and delivery systems, and meet the revenue targets for the bank's cash management business.
  • Develop related business strategies, product pricing, and sales and marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with other product teams and marketing managers to establish necessary products, logistics, and system readiness, while creating an effective marketing platform for cash management offerings.
  • Work with relevant departments to define measurement controls, guidelines, and business performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular reviews of product activities and pricing strategies.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant cash management product experience; experience in retail deposit will also be considered
  • Strong understanding of corporate cash management products and the cash management market
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
  • Less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager
