Responsibilities:
- Explore cross-border business opportunities and drive customer acquisition for the Mainland segment.
- Provide financial planning services to high-net-worth, mainlander and offshore customers
- Identify and address customer needs through comprehensive financial analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a full range of banking services, helping to achieve the bank's sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the cross-border banking portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in consumer banking; experience in cross-border business or segment-focused roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with cross-border business operations is an advantage.
- Completion of HKSI 1, 7, 8 or equivalent, IIQE (Papers 1, 2, 3 & 5), and MPF Intermediaries Examination is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of the investment market and various banking products.
- Sales-driven and customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Established network in Mainland China.
- Ability to communicate independently with Chinese financial institutions..
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is essential.
