Administration Analyst

This role involves supporting efficient business operations through accurate reporting, process analysis, and administrative coordination. The Administration Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, maintain data integrity, and deliver timely operational insights.

Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to provide key analytical and administrative support within the organisation, ensuring smooth operations and data accuracy to drive informed decision-making.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or business analysis role
• Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts)
• Confident in using PowerPoint and Word
• Experience working with databases, ERP/CRM, or reporting platforms (training available)
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• High standards of discretion handling sensitive information
• Right to work in China and availability to work on-site in Beijing

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze administrative and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Produce management reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Maintain and reconcile records across systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Support process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, meeting minutes, document control, and stakeholder communications
• Assist with vendor, purchase order, and invoice tracking in accordance with internal procedures
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and administrative support to project and operations teams

Candidates with experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean), workflow documentation, data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI), or SQL are desirable.

This is a full-time, on-site permanent role based in Beijing, China, with occasional overtime during peak reporting periods. The position is for a duration of 2 weeks.
