Key Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of business development, partnership management, or distribution experience within the Insurance industry
• Proven track record in bancassurance channel management, experience working directly with banks is a strong advantage
• Strong hunter mentality - proactive, and results-driven
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of general insurance products across commercial and consumer lines
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and work independently
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow strategic accounts within the general insurance portfolio, ensuring partner engagement and revenue growth
• Drive expansion and optimization of the bancassurance channel, working with bank partners on insurance propositions and distribution strategies
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
• Develop and implement business development plans targeting both commercial and personal lines
• Collaborate with distribution, product, and operational teams to support channel performance and partnership success
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare business cases, sales forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership
• Manage on-site operations and work closely with the team to achieve targets
Requirements:
• Experience managing distribution channels and partnerships within the insurance industry
• Relevant qualifications in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related disciplines
