Project Assistant

Role Overview:
The Project Assistant plays a key support role within the project team, ensuring smooth operation of project activities, documentation, and stakeholder communication to facilitate successful project delivery.
Key Skills & Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or IT support
• Exposure to vendor management, procurement, or tendering is preferred
• Experience supporting application or system projects is a plus
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Cantonese
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project delivery activities, including coordination and documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers, delivery leads, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with vendor management, procurement, and tendering activities related to application functions
• Support day-to-day project operations within the application team
Requirements:
• Right to work in the specified location
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Immediate availability (preferred)
