About the job:
As the Head Sales, you will be responsible for leading a sales and partnerships team to maximize revenue and lead their go-to-market strategy across their different Product Lines.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead a team of 10 New Business Sales specialists, expected to drive performance, train and recruit new team members as the company grows.
Develop and execute on a robust market specific sales strategy
Identify new markets to penetrate, developing a go-to-market plan to enter and grow market share in the region.
You will work closely with marketing and product teams to feed back customer trends and feedback to help drive the strategic direction of Product development
You will be expected to be customer facing, helping to close high value deal and selling the solution.
You should be data driven and monitor key performance indicators in your sales team and the wider mark
Experience Required:
- 10+ years experience in technology sales. Ideally with a sting in Payments.
- Experience working in a start-up or high pace environment
- Background selling API or technical products
- Experience in fintech is desirable
- Proven track record leading a high performing team
- Data Driven mindset
- Proven experience growing market share in new markets
- Experience leading Go-To-Market strategies in new geographies
