Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in and lead execution of a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, spin‑offs, M&A advisory, restructuring, and fund‑raising mandates.
  • Guide and coach junior team members throughout due diligence, project management, and transaction execution processes.
  • Prepare and review financial analyses, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitch books, and client presentations.
  • Support the evaluation and execution of clients’ strategic initiatives, such as expansion, restructuring, and acquisition opportunities.
  • Coordinate and liaise with legal, accounting, consulting firms and maintain communication with regulatory authorities throughout the deal lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines; CPA / CFA qualification is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years of solid corporate finance experience, preferably with exposure in international accounting firms or investment banks.
  • Hands‑on experience in IPO execution, especially in TMT or Healthcare sectors, will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HK Listing Rules, Takeovers Code, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Highly self‑motivated, responsible, strong team player, and willing to travel occasionally.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua required.
